I previously had been with another driving instructor but didn't feel as though i was getting anywhere and wasn't very comfortable with the instructor i was with, a friend was with Derek and recommended i go with him, so i did, in the first lesson he put me at ease and i felt i learnt more in that hour with Derek than i had with my previous instructor, i have now passed my test and i would highly recommend Derek to anyone looking for a driving instructor.

I was having lessons in Manchester and moved to Blackpool with my family and started lessons with a female Instructor, who wasn't very good, my cousin was having lesson with Derek and gave me his number, what a difference, he taught me more than my last 2 Instructors ever did, Derek has now taught 3 of us and we have all passed with Derek, he makes you feel very relaxed and never gets mad if you mess up. i was a very nervous learner i never thought i would ever be able to drive never mind pass my test so i phoned around and found derek he sounded really nice on the phone and so i booked lessons i was really nervous but he was always patient and calm and that made me feel better he never got mad with me even when he had to show me some thing a few times and before i realised i was driving and understanding what i was doing i passed my test FIRST TIME i couldnt believe it and it was all down to derek and the way he gave me confidence in myself and my driving. if you want a good instructor you wont find anyone better than derek he's the best do yourself a favour give him a ring you wont regret it i promise.
